Our signature white sourdough bread.
Baked on natural starter, with a golden, crunchy crust and soft, airy inside. Perfect for sandwiches, soups, or simply with butter.

Ingredients: wheat flour, semolina, water, salt, sourdough starter, seed mix (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, sesame seeds)

Quantity: 1 loaf, ~600 g or 1kg

Baker’s note: Best enjoyed on the same day, but keeps well for 2–3 days wrapped in linen.
